Kimberley is a native Texan, born and raised “out in the West Texas town of El Paso”. After graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas and study abroad experiences in Guanajuato, México and Córdoba, Argentina, she finally found her way home to Austin in 2000. The combination of warm weather, live music, and cultural diversity (and perhaps the absence of income tax) is enough to make almost anyone from around the globe find their niche in our incredible city!
Kimberley purchased her first property in 2008 in central Austin. Today she is an active investor in real estate in Central Texas with her husband, Erik. Together they have acquired and renovated over a dozen properties stretching from Austin to San Antonio. Kimberley firmly believes that in today’s frothy real estate market it is not only important to find a home that is a great fit for a buyer and their family, but to be prudent about price and value given the rapid appreciation Austin properties are experiencing. Kimberley brings a unique set of skills and experience to representing her clients, which comes partially from her natural ability to advocate. Additionally, she is fluent in Spanish and a certified paralegal in the State of Texas.
Whether you are a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor, creating a seamless transaction in which all parties are satisfied, treated fairly and respectfully is always her goal.
Kimberley enjoys spending free time with her husband, son, and dogs in the outdoors, whether it be at a Saturday morning farmer’s market or taking a yoga class in the park. She is also a longstanding fan and participant in many of Austin’s finest annual events like ACL, Fun Fun Fun Fest, SXSW films and music, and Cine Las Americas Film festival. She experiences great joy in engaging in conversations about travel, local restaurants, food and wine.
